Born and raised in Connecticut, Noreen is a former Navy wife who relocated to Williamson County from San Diego in 2009.  “This is the best place in the United States to call home, as far as I’m concerned!” she says.  “I just fell in love with the Middle Tennessee area –– the people, the gorgeous landscape, and the southern lifestyle.”  In addition to being a realtor, Noreen is a certified real estate paralegal with over 30 years’ experience in both the commercial and residential real estate arenas.
